The practice has a single location and is fully equipped with DR x-ray, ultrasound, MLS Class 4 laser, comprehensive laboratory equipment, and surgical and dental facilities, including surgical diathermy and Bair Hugger.
We take pride in and expect a thorough and compassionate workup of our patients; proper follow-up by the vets and support staff is an essential part of that care. Good communication skills are required of all members on the team.
We have 15-minute appointments, and care immensely about the client experience at our practice.
All the members of our team are highly valued. We are united by a common purpose in providing the best possible care for our patients and clients. We have a Continuous Improvement System in place where the team can actively contribute to the practice via regular team meetings. This system provides a real and practical way for the whole team to continually improve the service we provide. We are a strong team because we support, encourage, and appreciate each other. We hold regular practice meetings, as well as team meetings.
Our vets and nursing team are dedicated, caring, innovative, adaptable, and inspired — everything you could want! The nurses run nurse clinics and puppy socials, as well as our HPC, all of which are integral to the practice.
Our receptionists are an exceptional team of friendly and motivated people and keep the heart of the practice warm and running efficiently.
The practice is in an idyllic country location close to Salisbury Plain, Stonehenge, and the historic city of Salisbury. We are also within easy reach of both the South Coast and London. A good life/work balance is achievable here at Elston; we know our own well-being is essential to enable us to provide the standards of care for our patients that we desire.
